My Little Hero

He hobbles around and doesn't seem at all inclined to give up.  I know that feeding wildlife is not a good thing and I normally don't do it, but by providing him with food I continue to gain his trust so I can get close to him.  I hope I'm able to catch him soon.  I really don't want to risk another trip to the emergency room but it was all I could do to keep from trying it again tonight because he was all by himself which would make capture so much easier.  I just don't think I can do it alone so getting help is what I have to work on right now.   Once he's safely rescued, I think I'll contemplate moving because I just haven't the emotional strength to watch animals suffer without the power to help.
