Cooking

He helped me make all of dinner - pie and then baked rice for pudding.  He very diligently peeled onions for me (his decision), and helped measure out everything for pudding.  Occasionally, it's a little stressful, but overall, I love it. 

We went out this morning for coffee up at the Windmill, close to where we used to live. The boys loved going back there (tears as we left).  We met up with our friends there - the boys just love seeing them. They had a lovely play, then a good old run about outside and even tried to make a birds nest out of some twigs.  

Pretty productive afternoon, which means we've done ok this weekend for getting things done. The youngest's room is all finished, so there's a feeling of accomplishment.  

I've had a headache pretty much all weekend, it's gone now, and hopefully will stay that way!
