Under the city walls

Fener - Balat , where I live, is surrounded by ancient city walls. Byzantium walls of Constantinople. My neighbor has started a project. He will save and renovate part of these walls. This is the 32. tower of the ancient walls defending the city against Ottoman army. It was damaged by a huge door as it was used a car repair service. I will share the photo when the project is done. This is just the beginning and archeologists take part too here. This city is unbelievable.
