Desperation blip as have been tied up all day with a project. This is truly THE MOST delicious recipe from Sara Moulton's book "cooks at home" which I unashamedly reproduce for first time guests all the time to rave reviews except tonight it was just us, check it out. Page 212 " Spicy Shrimp and Avacado Salad with Cashews". A keeper. The avacados were nice and perfect and ripe as seen in a previous blip.
