Busy day

This morning I tracked Jemma as she ran a personal best in the Manchester half marathon. And then I switched to tracking Bryan Little as he did his third Manchester 10k. Bryan is 61 and has cerebral palsy, he is a resident of Cheddle House in Stockport and he was helped round by my brother-in-law and his children, check the link for more details.

In amongst all this strenuous activity I've seasoned the Dutch oven and cleaned the (proper) oven. To reward myself I've just had duck breast with a St Clements jus, watercress, New potatoes and peas - because I'm worth it!
