The Remains of a Pepper

You can deduce from my blip that it was a less than productive Sunday on the blip front. The pepper remains are testament to my spicy vegetable stew which I prepared this morning in order to freeze it making transportation to Moray on Wednesday easier. I promised son #1 that I would make tea for the family on Thursday since they would both be working.

I used my last Söderberg voucher to have a favourite granola and yogurt breakfast (blipped in the extra) before Daughter#1 appeared to have a coffee.
I said good bye to her and just had time to read the papers before welcoming back David and Luca from Hungary after their holiday. I did point out that we had had a heatwave when they were away lest they thought they were the only lucky ones. They took the information with their usual good grace.

And so another weekend without the company of HL is over. It must get easier at some point.......
