Garden Birds
I am delighted at the bird life now coming into my garden, thanks to the feeder. Today was a selection of blue tits.
It has been largely overcast all day, but not too cold.
Managed to embarrass myself slightly this morning - I was singing the first hymn in church, and then realised I was singing it in a broad Inverness accent. Must have been that particular hymn, and how I learnt it in the first place. The accent does creep back in from time to time. Apparently I have never mastered the English for 'meeting'. I think it's the 'ing' ending which I tend to go for the Inverness 'n' without the other two letters. And I still pronounce the 'h' in 'what' and 'which'. But life is made richer by the variety of voices.
