Sourdough

It was a very unprepossessing day; dreich and chilly, and raining all morning. I abandoned the allotment idea and stayed in to vacuum the place. Much tedium, only slightly alleviated by going across to the mercat.

But thought I'd have another crack at a sourdough loaf, after a bit of a break - no idea what it'll taste like, but it looks good. Maybe we'll manage to leave enough for Ogatodomar to try !
