I never knew that!

Returning to my native Essex to visit relatives and deliver Xmas cards I dared to stray into Colchester on my way home. I was shocked to see a new junction in the dual carriageway on the A133 near the University of Essex. It proudly declared the building of a new 'Knowledge Gateway'. Who knew?
