The Feathers

We left our friends house in Weston Rhyn, near Oswestry late morning with the intention of stopping in the charming old town of Ludlow, Shropshire. It's very oldy worldly and one of its most striking buildings is the marvellous wood fronted The Feathers Hotel in the town centre. It dates from 1619.

I couldn't resist waiting for a gap in the traffic to capture a photo of it.

Man City play Watford in the FA Cup Final today. I'll be hoping the underdogs (Watford) win but that will be a shock!
