xmas bling locally

The competition around some estates is fascinating...I have other foto's of whole multi- story apartment balconies bling-ed out, but too harsh on the eyes to share. What intrigues moi is that the resultant electricity bills to come will be huge I would think, so is it the western intrigue and splash, like fireworks..instant delight and forget the bill?
