Llama

Not quite sure where the day went. Got a couple of church things done and the car washed but, other than that, all of a sudden it was teatime.

Out tonight for a Peruvian-themed social night and fund-raiser (hence the above photograph). One of my colleagues in a neighbouring church is walking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in October to raise awareness of, and funds for, Girl Guiding. As is the way of these things, each participant has a monetary target to raise, some of which will pay the costs of the trip with the remainder going to the charity in question.

Tonight was one of several fund-raising events planned by Natalie, and it was all good fun. Our team came second in the quiz, didn't do very well at the games and won a few raffle prizes, none of them from my tickets though.

Early start tomorrow, so don't know why I'm foutering about on social media at midnight!
