Flower in the Making

I grabbed my 15mm wide macro lens and tried to get some shots while there was little light and lots of wind...not a wise choice. I did get this shot of the cane cholla cactus in the front yard putting out some buds that should be opening in a few weeks.

I am grateful that the clouds have moved out and the wind has died down.
