Clean Up!

This is Albir’s man made “dry river bed”.....an essential part of our flood defence system!

It’s looking very smart!.....the palms have been trimmed,
the weeds have been yanked out...bits of rubbish have been removed .....

If I were a cynical person....I might suggest that this is related to the fact that we have local elections on Sunday 26 May!!

All sorts of good things happen locally......just before elections!....tarmacing of roads, new car parks, parks and flower beds are cleaned up .

There is a good case for having annual elections!!!
