To be a Rock and not to Roll

I attended my speed awareness course today along with 23 other naughty people. It was very informative and will hopefully make us all better, and safer drivers!
This was closely followed by a really exciting food shop...... well it has to be done.

I managed an afternoon catch up with mum before drinking half a bottle of Prosecco and preparing tea whilst 'dancing like no ones watching' around the kitchen, eating tea then walking round the tarn, hence the silly photo taken by Tom.

I was listening to Heart, I love Anne Wilsons powerful voice.
