Busy Dizzy

When Dizzy the barn owl isn't delivering rings at weddings it is flown in the Lee Valley Park by a commercial falconry company which offers experience sessions to the paying public. We've encountered one of the groups before and I know that Ollie dog is not welcome in the vicinity of the bird, even though she's meek, mild and quiet. We made ourselves scarce. I couldn't help singing Dizzy by Tommy Roe from 1969 to Ollie. :)

It has been dull and decidedly cool today so the light wasn't great when I shot the garden warbler in extras. It's difficult to differentiate between the warblers but I think this a garden as its song sounds similar to that of a blackcap.
