Street Lamp

We are staying overnight near Peterborough ahead of Mrs madwill’s TV shows in the morning. The first one is at 8 a.m. but she has to be there at 6 for the production meeting. As it is her birthday, I have come along too and we are making a weekend of it and staying somewhere else tomorrow night!

So today we have been to Doncaster to drop off the dog with our daughter, then on to Grantham for lunch and then to Stamford for a wander and a cup of tea!

We spent a couple of hours in Stamford, it is a rather nice little town. I spotted this old-style street lamp down a little ginnel... so nipped along to photograph it. Also snapped some geese and goslings down by the river (see extra).
