Pool Sharks

A lovely weekend - relaxed and spent in the company of excellent people. Saturday involved a birthday gathering for volunteer Ellie at her and Liam's house - great food, Bob Marley in the background, and a generally excellent day for all.

Sunday was mostly spent at Bar Zinc with friends and neighbours, followed by a tasty tea and some Skyp calls home. This is my friend Andre playing one handed pool against housemate James. Neither of them is particularly proficient at the two-handed version of the game, so this particular round lasted a very long time. Andre is a talented musician, and (as the photo suggests) is incredibly tall. But not a great pool player.
