Symbolic & Frightening

This huge work was seen from the platform at  SBahn Savigny Platz.
Frighteningly symbolic since  I seem to have seen this face in news & cartoons.  Note the teeth ,eyes &  large mouth .Do you see who I see.? Beneath the heads are two skulls..See extra . Loud , rude and full of self importance is my opinion of the individual who springs to mind...
