Lowry Bridge

The Lowry Bridge, years in the making, is now open. Like the new 35W Bridge, it has LED lighting which can change color. It's usually blue, but on occasion, I've seen it crimson. I'll return and take some photos from on the bridge, under the arches.

Here it is under construction back in April.
