Pepper and Dotty

These two pullets have been here for over a week and are settling in well, they are very friendly and very used to people around them which is good for garden birds. Dotty is on the left and she is a Cau Cau Marren hybrid, Pepper on the right is a speckledy hybrid and a little smaller, I am hoping they both lay dark brown eggs. They are still being harassed by the two old ladies, Sooty and Sweep but I think they are all starting to settle down now.

I ran 5.4 k this morning and then spent the rest of the day gardening and mowing the lawn. A peaceful day.
