A Stunning Day at Lake Pukaki

I am in Twizel for Christmas, and this morning we headed to Lake Pukaki to pick a Salmon to add to our Christmas Dinner. What a stunning day it is not a cloud in the sky, heading for 30 degrees!! This is Mt Cook in the background, the highest mountain in NZ.

We are off to the swimming pool this afternoon.

In yesterdays blip we were picking up our ham, Liz told me via facebook that they cooked 450 pre-Christmas ham's. Good on you girls, you sure deserve a break over Christmas.
