Scotch eggs

Visiting some good friends today for lunch. They served up a gorgeous cold platter of cheeses, meats and... scotch eggs made with, get this, black pudding. Very tasty they were too and washed down with mulled wine for full festive effect. A great way to count off the last couple of days before Christmas.
