Hubs, Yola and I saw a stunning electric pink pre sunrise from the house, so we whizzed up to the highest point near us to see the winter solstice sunrise with hopes of some even more fantastic earth moving Mayan moments and blip opportunities.
In the 3 minute drive from the house to the top of the hill, the pink paradise had gone and the main event was hidden by cloud. We knew this because;
1. there was nothing but cloud to see
2. Hubs App said so.
