Before the Southerly Blown In

It was such a beautiful morning ..lovely and warm and lots of sunshine. It is really cold now. I think where we live we never got as much rain as some areas. Sure feels like Winter now!

My Blood Pressure is a lot lower this morning. I did have a bad night as my AFib.. my plus rate was really high for a few hours. First time in months. That has come back to normal again. I am sure it had something to do with the Flu injection I had yesterday.
