Green Trail at Greenrig

CyclopsJnr's new bike is much more flexible for exploring, thanks to having gears.  It's also too big for the boot of the car (without either taking wheels off or folding seats down, which is a faff with the child seat) so we got a new bike carrier for the roof.  Which means we can all take our bikes with very little faff.

Cyclopsnr thought it was "Super double cool - I'm so excited my eyes might pop out" when he saw it, so that was good.

We immediately put it to good use and went for a ride at Greenrig.  Twice round the green (easy) trail, about 5 miles.  He did super, working the gears well on the hills.  We'll definitely be doing more of this.

P.S. He insisted on the Gilet Jaune as it's new - it was only intended for on-road riding in bad weather/poor light but he loves it!
