Went for a couple of alcohol free beers after work at Illy's leaving drinks. Came home and had a alcohol present one.

Thought it worth reminding future-me that my drinking habits changed in the first half of this year.

At the start of the year I was drinking loads of tea at work, red wine at home, beer when out. Now I'm drinking water at work, beer and non-alcoholic beer at home and when out. Tea and red wine having a rest, may come back to you. Coffee obviously a constant.
