Derelict Wednesday

Took Morrigan out for a throaty roar around South Wales and the borders this afternoon, and somewhere up near Hereford I paused to take this shot. Can't remember exactly where now, sadly.

While I was concentrating on the shot, a rather pretty young lady slipped up behind me from the caravan in the garden and asked me what I was about. She invited me to come around the back and she'd show me everything. I declined, even though it was hard... Apparently, she's planning on getting it sorted, given the right opportunity. As I valued my own skin I rode on.

Anyhow, as no doubt everyone including me predicted, I got voted in again as Chairman of the Parish Council. It's a desperate village I tell you.

As an opening gambit I persuaded the Council to declare a Climate and Ecological Emergency in support of the other organisations doing so, to raise the profile in the locality and potentially confront the carbon intensive policies further up the governmental tiers.
