New Season

Spoiler - he's still here, he's still purring.

G is on her way home.  You know travelling on the World's Most Punctual Airline - my grasp of Englisch is somewhat shaky, but I would swear that that webpage says they're second behind Qatar Airways.

No surprise then that G's flight has been delayed. 45 minutes.  You know, just enough to miss her connecting flight to Frankfurt.  

Because obviously when an airline is sooo efficient like KLM, then they just say what the eff they like.  It's always "something beyond their control".  I suppose that "a big boy did it and ran away".  

Never take responsibility, don't try to improve, shift the blame - those aren't the greatest advertising slogans ever but all are applicable.  To a lot of companies.
