Hump Day

A busy but really productive day at work. So much so I came home inspired to bake a cake!

Not a normal event in my apartment, but I made a very respectable vanilla tray bake which I will turn into strawberry slices for work tomorrow. I have some clotted cream and lovely jar of strawberry preserve with champagne from a famous Scottish company. Other types of jams are available

I needed a glass of crisp white to recover...
