Just For Me......

We drove to the Denver Botanical Gardens this morning after the arrival of another Blipper, Pipersmom or Elaine joined up with us for a day of fun and frivolity! It was so wonderful to see her as we haven’t been together in about 2 years.

The botanical gardens were incredibly wonderful!!!! I can’t even describe how wonderful as I am on sensory overload from the experience! The flowers were vibrant, the greens were rich in color, the trees were varied in species and spectacular. Mary even found a plant that was named after me, which is my Blip.

We took some time out to get water and cookies before we continued our exploring. It was stunning!
On the way back to Elaine ‘s car we stopped for a well deserved lunch. That was super, to, We all got a piece of pie to bring back and enjoy this evening.

Sadly Diane will be leaving us tomorrow morning, early, to fly back to Wisconsin. It is very sad to be splitting up and going our own ways. Mary and I will begin the long drive back to the east coast tomorrow. What we have planned for a year will be over.....
But who knows what else will come down the travel way.... time will tell!
