The ant is back

Another beautiful day, and the peony has opened a bit more. The ant appeared again just as I was photographing it, the cheek of it. 

Mhairi and I took the dog to the park this evening, planning to go via the cafe to get an ice cream, but Bella had other plans. She stopped still and wouldn't move when we tried to walk past the park, so we tried taking her round the park and out another exit, but it didn't take long before she realised she wasn't heading for home and started pulling back again. So we had to turn back and do without our 99s. Fortunately we had ice cream in the freezer...
