Stickers

It was Oscar's birthday last week and I bought him some stickers after he was desperate for them last time I saw him a reminder. As soon as I walked into the house he said 'can I have stickers?' several times. I had wrapped them up and he enjoyed opening the parcel. He calls me silly Aunty Clare as I do daft things with him. Today I sang the story of Thomas and about pictures in the book and by the end he was joining in, it was great fun. 
I had  great reading sessions today, I used ideas from yesterday and kept to the brief , give the joy of books. There was lots of laughter and enjoyment.
