MM277 Mono Monday - Smokey 1239 hr

The cat sat on the mat.

As it was Gardening Monday I was expecting to photograph something relating to that, but as the MonoMonday theme was On The Doorstep when I saw Smokey there (where he never normally sits) there wasn't really any choice.

I used to sing along to this on Uncle Mac's Children's Favourites in the 'fifties. This is from the film Calamity Jane in which Doris Day starred, but was re-recorded for the vinyl release.
