AT THE SABABURG PARK

Today was a splendid day to visit the Sababurg Tier Park.
The drive to Gottsbueren goes from Helmarshausen through forests.
The landscape is hilly, the road narrow but not too much.
At first we went to the penguins, and we saw them fed with fish, and the raccoons nearby were just awakened and yawned, drank some water and went to bed again.
Then the little coloured birds and we had much fun with them, we had millet sprays with us and the birds love to eat from your hand.
At 11.30 we climbed the hill to the birds of prey and saw the show with buzzard, hawk, owl, sea eagle and the falcon (impossible to take a photo of the flying falcon).
And for the first time we climbed higher up where we saw them in their little houses, in the open air, but with a piece of string connected to their leg.
After this show we saw the goats with  many babies, and further away even the wolves, the lynxes. And walking back also the white deer, the Tarpan horses, and many other animals.
We came home rather tired, and rested. Many photos to look at, but the light had been rather fierce.
My choice is the sea eagle, and for the extra the owl.
