Ouch
Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,
In an effort to get some level of fitness back without wrecking my knee, I have signed up for a cycle in September and have eased myself in gently by cycling to work as it’s only 2 miles.
It was a beautiful day so The Prince and I cycled to Cramond, had a coffee sitting in the glorious sunshine and came back. It was so nice to be doing something outdoors together. UNTIL I CAME HOME. I won’t go into detail because I would HATE to over share, but I hurt in places that really shouldn’t hurt that much. I think I might have to invest in one of those donut cushions for people who have just given birth.
