Oca in a blue plastic box

Oca, which I have growed mesel. Second only to potatoes in the diet of the Andean population of Bolivia and Peru. Tastes lemony and can be cooked like spuds or eaten raw in a salad. Does not suffer from blight. Just imagine nae Gorta Mór!
