Pretty? or Poisonous?

I noticed these berries on a tree by the golf course this morning. In the photo you can see the opened berries. Figured with the red/orange and black it would probably be poisonous. I've no idea what it is.........anyone??

Can I just say, another perfect autumn day. I think we got to 25deg and 27 forecast for tomorrow. Then rain, but we really, really need it!
