Fun by the Sea

Lunch with a friend down the Mumbles today.  It's been a lovely day, the first time for me to see her since coming out of hospital.  We had a lovely lunch and then a walk along the front.

This little spaniel was enjoying chasing his ball into the sea.

In other news, it appears work think I'm back in work *rolls eyes*
