Monday motivation! Keep smiling folks!

Me and my mum payed a visit to Sheffield ,(basically my second home). Today we were taking a visit to the Skoda garage to bring our car in for repairs. We got a given a sportier version of our car which I was pleased about. And it's candy white which is cool as hell!
When I got back from that I spent most of the afternoon relaxing in the garden. Ice lolly in one hand, stroking dog wi t'other.
I've got an important race coming up and I want to be at my peak for that so I've gotta take it easy!
