Bed bugs

Arrive in Jakarta and had the normal fun of getting a taxi to the hotel. Not too bad a hotel but Ancol does remind me of an Eastern block holiday resort, a bit run down and in need of some paint. Body doesn’t really know what time it is but these bed elephants greeted us in our room. Had a lie by the pool before going to dinner in the hotel. Good local food with a great lamb curry. Even managed to find the GP to watch. Had our first Bintang before going to bed early.
