2019 Friday — Dinner at Sea Shanty

We had walked the pups all around the block starting at Hardie Park. By the time we got back to the car, they were thoroughly huffing and puffing and they were tired and in need of a drink.

Mr. Fun had already stopped in at the library on Wednesday afternoon to get the “hotspot” we had on reserve, so we now can have Internet all weekend, so today we went back into the library to put another “hotspot“ on reserve for early June when we get back here for the weekend before graduation.

Then we went for a ride to look at the shoreline. This has been a quiet subdued day with the “sleepy blue ocean” just calm and beautiful.

While we were walking the pups we decided that we’d go out for dinner. So after we took the pups home, the two of us walked to the Sea Shanty. The place was quiet and peaceful. This photo is inside the restaurant.

I have enjoyed this day immensely, but I did not get enough student essays read and graded. There’s always tomorrow.
