I Was Glad...

Looking up this song, based on Psalm 122, about being glad to go to church, was amazed at all the variations...

Anyway, glad to walk up the hill to "the house of the Lord" this morning, and then round the rather overgrown south side of the castle, as the way we usually go is out of bounds since the main tower was hit by lightning. Glad to report that the bells are working again, though.

After church, down for more singing in the Adega, and then, this evening, Mike has been to the Roma church below our Land; I could hear the singing perfectly well, and thought it was rather good.
