Chestnut Sunday

Annual May Fair in Bushy Park, a lovely event, a parade with horses, sea cadets, hells angels on bikes, mods on scooters, vintage cars, military vehicles, friends of bushy and home parks including our lovely friend Sue Lindenberg, re-enactment figures in Roman dress, vintage bicycles et cetera et cetera.

We invited Rachael, Kevin and Kaitlyn to join us, being from Perth in W.A. it was their first experience of a May fair which they didn’t even know was a thing.

Janette came along with Gulliver and Erin, it was a lovely sunny day, the kids had lots of fun on the rides and we sat on our picnic blankets and had some snacks and drinks, after the parade we wandered around and had a look at the vintage cars, our Australian friends were very excited to see a 1947 Bentley which was absolutely beautiful.

Janette and Erin left and the rest of us had a drink and snacks at the Tiltyard in Hampton Court palace gardens before going our separate ways.

Big Zeb is back from Bodypower in Birmingham tired but triumphant having made over 100 sales!
