Guisecliff Tarn
This little tarn is hidden in the middle of woods just to the south of Summerbridge in Nidderdale.
Until I looked it up on the map just now, I didn't realise it had a name.
We have visited it several times doing a circular walk from Pateley Bridge, past Yorke's Folly and back via Summerbridge. It's a great spot to stop for a picnic lunch. Had I been there a week or two earlier, the bluebells would have been spectacular too.
