Colour Run

I was playing with the samba Sisters today at Carlisle Racecourse - the annual Colour Run in aid of the Eden valley Hospice. Over 1000 runners took part, all liberally covered with brightly coloured paint powder. Thankfully this year we were not standing right next to the foam...the sun shone and we played through most of our repertoire, until the very last runner (and most of the volunteers) had left the course.
