Oriental Poppies

Not one of my better days, overtired I think, and couldn't seem to finish anything I set out to do. Not helped by leaving my finger too long in the vicinity of the dog's mouth while feeding him a titbit. Nasty bite. My fault entirely. Just 'one of those days' - we all have them

These amazing oriental poppies cheered me up, I did a double take when I saw them, the recent rain must have brought them out. Salmony pink and so many (more in the bud). I have some white ones too. 

OK, blip sorted, a  cup of tea and an early night is what I need now!
