Started the day pacing a good friend for a Parkrun PB.... Amazing lady ... Really serious breast cancer last year. At one point she told me to shut up as I pushed her along... At the end big PB.. Hugs / tears ... Awesome

Then back home and did the pointing on the herb area ... Job done

Then off to a reunion with Lou's former work mates ... Afternoon drinking .... Lethal
