A day for reflection

An informal gathering in Kilmore Church this morning gave us time to reflect and share memories of J our minister who tragically died this week. He was out hill walking, something he loved doing.

The invitation to this morning read, ‘ Many in our community are affected by the sudden loss of a man who did far more for individual folk than we will ever know. Let us come together to support one another.’

The church mouse was given to our church by D. He moves him around most weeks. In J’s last service on Sunday, the mouse was on the pulpit. J gave him a stroke when he found him and gave D a smile to acknowledge our church mouse...

J was a very special person and with his wife they made a very special team.
