The mopeds that are used by pretty much everyone here do not use much fuel.  Consequently, petrol is sold by the litre, or, as you can see, by the 'bottle'.  Usually 75cl, but occasionally not.  It will last a local around a week for commuting.  The seller will have bought fuel at a station and sells it at a very small mark-up in quantities that the locals can afford, rather than the minimum quantity required by the retail outlets.
